How It Works

A simple informational workflow: organize local notes, place them on a timeline, review analytically, and maintain your archive.

1. Organize local information

Start with holdings notes, dates, and references you already keep. Bring those informational pieces into Appsystem so related items share a consistent structure—labels, periods, and review status.

2. Place entries on the archival timeline

Align each note with a chronological position. Timeline lanes make sequences readable: what was documented earlier, what was updated later, and which markers still need attention.

3. Review and analyze records

Use filters and summaries to examine coverage. Look for missing review pins, crowded periods, or notes that lack source references. Analysis stays inside the domain of your local data.

4. Track relevant changes over time

As you revise descriptions or add new holdings metadata, keep the timeline current. Tracking means updating informational state, not moving funds or executing transfers.

5. Maintain personal record-keeping

Return to the archive when you need context. Appsystem’s role is to preserve chronological clarity for your own reference—not to advise investments, custody assets, or connect wallets.

Boundaries of the workflow

At no point does the intended workflow include account funding, cryptocurrency transactions, private key import, brokerage actions, or payment processing. If a task requires those capabilities, it is outside Appsystem’s scope.
